Kerala finally gets its own Super Hero, “Minnal Murali”. The story is set in the ’90s and is about a young man named Jaison played by Tovino Thomas, who get struck by a lightning. After the incident, he wakes up to realize the superpowers in him with the help of his nephew. The movie may have drawn inspiration from DC Comic character “The Flash” conceptually.

The script of the movie is written by Arun Anirudhan & Justin Mathew and is Produced by Weekend Blockbusters (Sophia Paul). “Minnal Murali” is Directed by Basil Joseph and also stars Aju Varghese, Harisree Ashokan, Baiju Santhosh, Bijukuttan and Guru Somasundaram.

Minnal Murali will exclusively premiere on Netflix on December 24.
