Portugal started with Cristiano Ronaldo on the bench but he was brought in in the second half to rescue Portugal of their misery. CR7 was not able to make any impact on restricting Morocco’s quest for glory. After the final whistle, the legendary footballer walked in tears through the tunnel as he realised his world cup dreams had come to an end.
